With KoboAnela funeral protection plan from Alliance Insurance in Lesotho, you get a family funeral cover with added bene ts. In addition to the usual cash bene t, you also get:

Grocery allowance payable to the nominated bene ciary for six months after death of either the principal member or their spouse. This bene t is designed to ensure that dependents afford basic needs following the death of the breadwinner while they adjust to life without their provider.
Funeral services voucher, which can be redeemed
in exchange for a funeral service provision of the monetary value equivalent to the face value of the voucher. This funeral service voucher is redeemable at

any branch of Lesotho Funeral Services.

On death of any of the lives assured, the policy pays out a basic lump sum cash bene t in accordance with the bene t options selected.

Inclusion of parents and other dependent relatives is allowed, subject to a maximum of four parents and two dependent relatives.

* Bene t is doubled in the event that the cause of death is an accident. Accident shall refer to violent, visible external means. This bene t is only applicable to the member and their immediate family only, and does not cover parents and extended family members.

**Funeral service bene ts are not payable on stillborn cases. Parents Premium = M6.00 per M1000.00 cover.
Other dependent relatives premium = M7.00 per M1000.00 cover.

Funeral Bene ts:

The KoboAnela funeral policy pays out a cash lump Sum in the event of death.

Accelerated cash bene t:

The double cash bene t is only applicable to principal member, spouse and children.

Grocery bene t:

The monthly grocery allowance is payable to the elected bene ciary for a period of 6 (six) months following the death of the principal member or their spouse. An amount of M500 will be paid under the silver option, M700 under the gold option, and M1000.00 under the platinum option.

Conditions of acceptance:

A Waiting Period of six (6) months shall apply for Funeral bene ts for member and immediate family. For parents older than 72 years, 9 months waiting period shall apply.
