• Loan settlement Balance & Loan statement of loan to be cleared
• If on contract, letter stating when term starts & ends
• Confirmation letter if employed stating confirmation of residence
• Certified recent 6 months bank statement which includes 6 salaries

• P5, 000 – P150, 000 with direct deduction from source (Prime + 9%)
• P150, 001 – P300, 000 with direct deduction from source (Prime + 11.5%)
• Loan Arrangement Fee 1% of Loan Amount [Min P600- Max P1200]
