Capfin self service is a portal that allows Capfin customers to manage their accounts online. Existing customers can register to the Capfin self-service portal to manage their Capfin account and check their balance.Customers can use the self service portal to:

• View their loan balance and repayment schedule
• Make loan repayments
• Apply for a top-up loan
• Change their personal information
• Update their contact details
• Download loan statements
• Request a credit report
  To access the Capfin self service portal, customers need to create an account. This can be done by visiting the Capfin website and clicking on the “Self Service” link. Customers will need to provide their SA ID number and cell phone number to create an account.
