How to check Standard Bank UCount Reward Points
Check your UCount points by SMS or by checking your balance on the Standard Bank App. UCount Rewards is Standard Bank’s loyalty and rewards programme that earns you Rewards Points whenever you make a purchase with your Standard Bank Credit, Cheque or Debit Card at nationwide stores or online.
Members of UCount Rewards can earn up to 20% back in reward points. Members can earn points by swiping their cards in stores or shopping online with a card number. UCount Rewards members can use their points to shop at over 20 different stores. If a member want to make a large philanthropic contribution, they may do so by donating to students or a charitable organization.
How can I view my UCount rewards point balance?
To view your UCount rewards point balance:
- Log onto your UCount Rewards profile on the UCount Rewards website;
- Go to the Standard Bank mobile banking app;
- Call the UCount Rewards Contact Centre on 0860 UCOUNT (826868); or
- SMS ‘BALANCE’ to 45224 if you are a UCount Rewards Retail member or SMS ‘BALANCE’ to 32700 if you are a UCount Rewards for Business member. SMS costs R1.
There are a number of ways that you can redeem your uCount rewards. This can be done using the uCount rewards card or online.

- At the UCount Rewards Online Redemption Portal.

- Bidvest Premier Airport Lounges in South Africa
- Convert into Avios.
- Save or invest in a Notice Deposit, PureSave, Tax-Free Investment Account, or AutoShare Invest.
- Reduce or pay off your Revolving Credit Plan or Term Loan Product
- Pay for Ticketless parking through Admyt & KaChing.
- Donate to a student on the Feenix platform.
- Making a donation to a charity.
- Donate to Solidarity Fund.
